Novana Residence by Tech

Staying at Novana Residency felt cozy and welcoming, like being at home. Daniel made it especially nice. He was friendly, genuinely kind, and took real pride in making sure I had what I needed. For a comfortable stay with a personal touch, I'd recommend the place and Daniel as a host.

I was here for three months. There's a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and private parking, and the city center is very close. The nearest market is seven minutes away. I'm leaving now, though. My friends have stayed here, and they all say they're unhappy with the place.

The pool was so dirty I wouldn't use it, and in our first room the A.C. thermostat was either freezing or off, no matter how it was set. There wasn't an outlet near a mirror, and the showerhead was short. Staff, location, breakfast, bed, room size, and parking were good. It was okay, but it has issues.

These condos are good value. The gym is well equipped, and there's a sauna and steam room. The pool is about 25 meters long, a great size for swimming. There is an outdoor pool shower, opposite the gym door. I agree the wifi code system could be better, but the signal is quite good. I'll post a video of my apartment and the pool area on YouTube. Best wishes, Si.
