This is an older building, but the units are roomy and the pool is nice. The juristic team manages it very well, and the security staff are friendly and helpful. The place is usually clean and tidy, and people here tend to be respectful. It's a quiet spot away from the center, yet the beach is only a couple of minutes away by bike, and Sukhumvit takes about five minutes by car. AirBnb isn't welcome here and guests who use it will be reported, which I think is great for this development.

Some friends of mine stay here, and the rooms are really nice. They have a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with a washer and dryer, an oven in the kitchen, and a big living room.

A quiet, family-friendly condo in a central spot, with three malls and the beach within walking distance. The shared areas are spotless, the sinking fund has money to spare, and management is very good. A great place to live.

It's an established, older building, so the apartments have plenty of space. Good value, too. Pattaya Klang, or Central Pattaya Road, is a five-minute walk away, with BigC Extra a little farther in one direction and Soi Buakhao the other way. Handy location.
