We had to leave without staying a night and find another hotel late at night. After more than 20 hours of travel, the dirt and poor upkeep were immediately obvious. There was trash, broken furniture, and spider webs in the lobby and corridors. Our room was worse, with stained, dirty sheets and towels, a filthy bathroom, water damage on the ceiling, and ants and other bugs on the floor. The listing photos gave a completely misleading impression of the actual condition. My partner has breathing problems, so staying there wasn't an option. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in fixing anything. They said all the rooms were in the same condition. Thankfully, Airbnb support refunded us.

At 12:02 AM the Wi-Fi wasn't working, nobody was at reception, and water from the A/C was still dripping in my room. This has been a very bad experience. I booked five days after checking with staff that the room had a hot water kettle. The photos showed a kettle and glasses too, but when I arrived, neither was there. I asked reception for a kettle and explained that, as a heart patient, I need boiled water for my medicinal tea three times a day. They said they would bring one in the morning. I spent three hours that morning trying to sort it out with both the property staff and Agoda, but got no help. Service is extremely poor. They also don't provide toilet paper, just a tiny pouch of napkins. I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances.

It's a budget-friendly hotel with a great atmosphere and good value. It's a little outside central Pattaya, which makes for a quieter stay.

For around 500 baht through trip.com, it was good for the price. The room was fairly clean, though old. There isn't a parking area.
