The hotel is on three floors and has no lift or escalator. Some staff were nice, especially the young woman, but the older woman was bitchy. It's cheap and well located, by the beach, not far from the night market or the gym. But I stayed seven days and didn't get one good night's sleep. Noise came from traffic, bikes, loud music and people gathering on the beach from 9 pm to 5 am, plus something like a generator on the roof running all day and night. The room wasn't soundproof. The bathroom smelled, though cleaning it daily might fix that. If Jomtien Beach gets boring, you can take a bath taxi to Pattaya Beach or Central Pattaya Mall for 10 bath. Go to the main road, cross over, and flag one down. They all go to Central Pattaya Mall.

The location was good, which makes it a shame the place was so disgusting. The room was filthy, as the photos show, and the staff were grumpy. Maybe they were unhappy because of all the complaints. I wouldn't stay here again. There's another hotel 2k further Nth with a very similar name.

The beach is just across the street, with a night market and a 7 Eleven around the corner. The location is handy, and there are monthly deals if you're staying long term. My room was spacious, the bathroom was good, and everything worked. The internet was stable and fast. It's a great budget hotel with lovely staff and perfect service. I was very happy with my stay.
