The rooms were clean and decent, and for what it costs I think it's a good option. It's centrally located near the beach. I had a good stay, though communicating with staff could be tricky at times, and the pool was recently demolished.

They demanded an extra 500 deposit at check-in but wouldn't give me any paperwork explaining it. The woman said I should just pay or somebody else would get the room. The rooms were filthy, there's no elevator, and you don't get a beach view. Worst place on the street.

The room was nice, the AC worked, and there was always water. The shower had mold, though, and wasn't very nice.

The WiFi was really poor, and they didn't clean the pool properly. There was free water but no coffee. Still, this is the best place we've stayed so far in Thailand. The accommodation was clean and new, and the staff were kind and very helpful. I'd recommend it.

Jomtien is lively late into the night, with music going into the early hours, so keep that in mind if you want peace and quiet. We liked being there because baht buses made it easy to get around. The hotel is fairly new and right by Jomtien beach, with clean, spacious bedrooms and a good price. The bathroom was a different story: it smelled awful from mold, and the slow shower drain left the floor wet the whole time.
