View Talay Residence 6 by PSR

I came to Pattaya with my husband and daughters and booked through Booking.com, which has changed and has no credibility now. We reserved Thi Lai Residence 6 because it had an exceptional rating. When we arrived, Ms. Wan, who I believe was trying to swindle us, demanded extra money for electricity and water. We asked the driver and some hotel staff about her arrangement, and they said it wasn’t authorized in Thailand and they’d never heard of this kind of extra charge. She insisted, though, and we paid when we left. May God take revenge on her! The apartment was infested with insects, bedbugs, cockroaches and ants. There were so many bugs and ants that we couldn’t sleep on the mattresses or beds. We didn’t sleep a wink during our six nights, even though Pattaya is a very beautiful city. That filthy apartment ruined our trip. I blame Booking.com for its lack of credibility and for giving the place such a high rating when it didn’t deserve even one star. We’ll never book through Booking.com again.
