A cheap, pleasant hotel, with shops and nightlife fairly close by.

The room was clean and roomy, with basic furniture, a fridge, wardrobe, TV, and a safe. The bed and soft blankets were comfortable, the AC worked well, and room service was great. It's an easy walk to Walking Street and the beach, and there's a lift for the upper floors. A few things were disappointing: the in-room safe didn't work, and the washroom plumbing needs regular upkeep. The plumber on duty was rude and seemed uninterested, so I had to call several times. The reception staff didn't really speak English, which made communication difficult, and using the pool table costs extra. Booking online ahead of time can get you a good deal.

We stayed in Pattaya for 3 days last week, May 16-19. The reception lady gave us such good service and was really friendly with our kids. We enjoyed the pool across from the hotel, and it was nice having nearby shops like 7/11 and fruit shops.

I've stayed at many hotels in Thialand, and this is the best 3* one by far. Room, WiFi, location, pool, and staff were all excellent. Can't find anything to fault, and I'd definitely stay again. Thanks.
