Loved how peaceful it felt at Royal Adobe Villa, and the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms are spacious and there's a stunning private pool. It had that mix of comfort and luxury that made leaving hard. I'm already planning another visit!

The pool was the best part of our stay, such a nice place to relax after being out. The villa was spacious, very clean, and looked just like the photos. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. It's in a quiet area but still close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. We had an amazing time at this beautiful private pool villa in Pattaya. Highly recommend it for families or groups of friends who want comfort and privacy.

Getting there by scooter was a bit of a hassle, and the owners seemed somewhat disorganized. We didn't get an introduction until 11 pm. The villa itself was a good size, nicely furnished, and having our own pool made it really relaxing. Okay overall, though not perfect.

Avoid this place. The house was filthy and poorly kept, the supplied linens were stained, and cleanliness was appalling. Reception and other services were basically nonexistent. The listing doesn't match what's there: no toaster or dishwasher, appliances were dirty and broken, and the fifth bedroom is in a hallway with no door.
