The staff are what keep me coming back. Manager Cartoon has been especially welcoming and makes guests feel valued, and Rita at the front desk is kind, helpful and efficient. Every stay has been comfortable, with clean, well-kept rooms and great housekeeping. The atmosphere is relaxing, and 247 Boutique Hotel is conveniently placed for getting around Central Pattaya. I've stayed here several times and would recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

Friendly, helpful staff and room maids are the one thing that saves this place. The rooms aren't double-paned, so you hear everything from the street. I was meant to get a queen bed, but got two king singles pushed together, and the supposedly large TV was only 30 inches. Parking is limited, and the gym needs a new setup.

Right beside Treetown, 247 Boutique Hotel is in a perfect spot. The staff are great and the facilities feel like good value for the money. I'd happily recommend it if you're looking around this area.

I was on the top floor in a Junior suite for just three nights. There was plenty of room, though the interior was basic. Even that high up, noise from the nearby treetown area came through a lot.

The staff are sweet, helpful and really nice. The location puts you in the middle of all the action, but closing the door or window makes things quiet. The rooms are very nice, and the cleaning service is very good. I like this hotel a lot and can fully recommend "247".
