The location is okay, but the rest of the stay was bad. The rooms weren't cleaned, the shower wasn't good, and the elevator is tiny for six floors and lots of rooms. It also stopped between floors at times. At checkout, they said they found smoked cigarettes in the room bowl and charged me 4000 baht. I never smoked. Make sure you have them check everything with you before you leave. I felt badly scammed and wouldn't recommend this place. Spend a bit more somewhere else.

The tour desk near reception, which is linked with Yor Thai, really let the place down. The person there was arrogant and spoke to customers rudely, so I decided not to book a tour. Before coming to Pattaya I'd been in Phuket, where the Thai travel agencies were helpful and professional, which is why I tried asking about tours here too. I also wasn't happy with the booking I made through Indian agencies, so better tour and travel service would improve the experience. The stay itself was good, and the staff generally served us well. At checkout they arranged an outside vehicle for us, and it cost less than booking with Bolt or Grab. I appreciated that.

The only real plus was being near good restaurants and Walking Street. Inside, the rooms smelled bad, the food quality was poor, and staff didn't respond. I'd avoid this place if you don't want your Pattaya vacation spoiled.

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. Breakfast was a fresh Indian buffet, which was good, and the rooms were clean, though not spotless or shiny. It's an older property and needs renovation and updates. The two-towel limit is a bad policy, since extra towels cost more. Several gym items didn't work, and the elevator often failed.

We had a pool-facing room for four days, sharing three single beds. It felt humid and a little musty at night, and the bathtub didn't work properly. The food was excellent, with a full choice of Indian, continental, and English breakfast. There was a 7/11, tour operator, and pharmacy right by the entrance. You could also call for a massage in the room. They provided two bottles of water each day.
