B2 Nakhon Pathom Premier Hotel

The location is good for the price, and the room was clean. But the staff were extremely unfriendly. They explained the deposit, our ID cards, and the charge for extra key cards in such a rude way that I felt like I was asking to stay for free. Those details matter, but they could have been communicated much more pleasantly. I left very upset and felt there was nothing I could do, since they seemed impossible to train.

The hotel looks attractive and the room was clean when I arrived, but the stay was a disappointment. The room had been recently renovated with modern furniture and a good-sized TV, and the general condition of the amenities looked acceptable. Still, the comfort was poor: the mattress was very hard, there were only two heavy, uncomfortable pillows, and nothing seemed to be done to help with sleep. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell, the toiletries were low quality, and I wasn’t sure about the water source. The window had been left wide open even though it was 40°C outside. Check-in was long and cold, without smiles or courtesy from anyone, including the manager. They didn’t respond to messages through the website before or after booking, and I couldn’t reach them on WhatsApp or Line. My booking requests were ignored, and they put me near the elevator on a different floor than I’d asked for without explaining why. Customer service felt nonexistent and unpleasant. I felt more like a nuisance than a guest, with no attention to the specific requests I’d made. The location in Nakhon Pathom was decent, but there was constant traffic and outdoor bar noise, plus no soundproofing. I could hear all the neighbors. Wi-Fi didn’t work, despite several outlets in the room. My phone took more than six hours to charge instead of the usual 30 minutes, so the electricity seemed unreliable, possibly because of poor wiring. The air conditioning and refrigerator were there, but the fridge barely cooled, couldn’t be adjusted properly, and had no freezer compartment. There was no toothbrush, the shower gel and shampoo seemed diluted with water and were poor quality, and the kettle seemed questionable. No extra amenities were provided. The room was modern and seemed reasonably priced on paper, but the poor service, discomfort, and hygiene issues didn’t feel justified even at a low price. The hotel is new and looks good at first, but the atmosphere quickly suffered from the staff and noise, and no effort was made to make the stay pleasant. My final score was 34/100.

The main problem was the thin wall. I could hear water running, a neighbor dropping something, and someone coughing, which woke me up. Otherwise, this new business hotel in downtown Nakhonpathom had a spacious, clean room and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had hot and cold water, enough amenities, and a hair dryer. There was also a desk, a large TV, bright lighting, two bottles of water, a small fridge, hangers, and a safe.
