The pool was good, and there’s a rock-climbing activity for just a few hundred baht extra. You can also try basketball or archery, though the archery setup seemed mostly decorative and probably better for kids. There’s a cute alpaca to see, plus a café where hotel members get 10-15% off. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel itself felt peaceful. A satisfying stay. Really fabulous!

The bathtub in the middle of the room was a real highlight, and the two alpacas were friendly. We got a good online deal and chose dusitD2 Khao Yai while staying in Khao Yai. It’s a four-star mountain retreat in Pak Chong, a short drive from the entrance to UNESCO-listed Khao Yai National Park, with modern-rustic styling and panoramic views. When we arrived, the toilet still had pee stains and the safe battery was dead. We called reception, and someone fixed the safe while we went out to explore. We skipped breakfast. The swimming pool was amazing.

We ordered the Kunikuni breakfast set in the evening, and it was served in our room the next morning. They also offer a moo kra ta set for dinner, which we absolutely loved. Our villa was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely outdoor area, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a very pet-friendly place, with guests welcome to bring their pets. The property also has alpacas, rabbits, chickens, and cats. Staff said some of the cats or rabbits can be adopted, which was a lovely touch. The food was great too.

Kuni Kuni is worth the money. You can just order a drink and take in the beautiful view from upstairs on the second floor. I loved the atmosphere and spending time there. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was good, and my room was comfortable and well kept. I missed that the hotel allows pets when I booked. I wanted a quiet place to work and sleep well, but dogs barked early in the morning. That was my mistake for not checking carefully. If you like pet-friendly hotels, this could suit you, though it may not be ideal if you need a very quiet stay.

The room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the view was stunning. There were small animals around that made for nice photo opportunities. Everyone was friendly and attentive, from the front desk and bell staff to the restaurant team, and they gave us helpful information. Jamii Café was another highlight. The atmosphere was lovely, the drinks tasted great, and the service was warm. Khun Bella and khun Bow were especially welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by. It felt like finding a second home. Thomas ❤️
