The manager spoke rudely to both customers and staff, even though the other staff were helpful. The rooms are old and feel like an old apartment that’s just been renamed. There was no customer service to speak of. I won’t come back; there are better budget hotels nearby.
The bathroom was clean and nicely done, though the water pressure could use a little improvement. There’s no breakfast, but a convenience store is quite close. The room design is fairly basic, but it’s fine for resting, and there’s a special room for three that doesn’t need an extra bed. The walls don’t block much sound.
We’ve stayed at other B2 hotels and came away disappointed with this particular property. The rooms were in poor shape, and there wasn’t even coffee in the lobby. Getting there meant driving through narrow Soi's, and the hotel is far from everything. For about the same price, we think Korat has better choices.
The staff weren’t willing to help, and I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company. I booked through Agoda, where they only asked the hotel to confirm a cancellation, but the hotel refused. Their website showed my booking as incomplete, so I tried again, got the same error, and wound up with three bookings for the same night. They wouldn’t refund any of them.
The room was really clean and nice, and the price was very good too. Strongly recommend.
