The young woman at reception was rude and doesn't seem to know how to deal with guests. She needs training for the job. If she's unhappy there, she should find another one.

The manager helped us get a comfortable room with working air conditioning in the end, but it took three rooms. The second room had dirty sheets with hair from the previous guest, and its air conditioner didn't work. In the first room, the air conditioning also didn't work, and the window looked out onto the stairs. The final room was good. It had a refrigerator, TV, and kettle.

Fine for a night. The room seemed clean, but I felt itchy in the morning, and I could hear noise from other rooms during the night.

Fine for an overnight stop and good value for the room. There’s parking and refreshments on site, with eateries all around. Central shopping Mall and the universities are close, and the city centre is a short hop away.

New room and nice hospitality.
