Kwanruen Park hotel

There’s lots of parking, and the hotel is clean with big rooms. It's close to a lovely park with a great atmosphere, where my mum really enjoyed exercising in the mornings and evenings. She loved the hotel too. Strong recommendation.

Loved the atmosphere and traditional decor at this beautiful old hotel. It's right on the lake, well maintained, and very reasonably priced. A lovely spot.

Breakfast was very good and relaxed. If you're used to expensive Thai hotel buffets, it may feel a bit limited, but compared with American hotel breakfasts, it's a treat. We asked to see a room and were shown the VIP Suite first. It was so palatial that we ended up splurging for it. Even the balcony has more square footage than an urban Super 8 room in America. The hotel is older, with a 70s-fancy style that could feel almost surreal and bleak, but impeccable cleanliness keeps it from going that way. It smells clean, looks clean, and feels clean. We're loving our stay, and the cost and quality are a great balance. Nitpickers will find something to complain about, but they can stay somewhere else. There's also a lovely park right across the street, with a four-kilometer walk around a lake.

A very good value for the money, with good free breakfast and a lovely park right in front for walking, biking, and exercise. Lots of people were out walking, jogging, and cycling there. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the room was very clean with daily cleaning. My only real complaint about the room is that the balcony was too small to be a good place to hang out. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel. I stayed three nights in the first week of Sept 2023. Marissa at reception was cheerful, pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and the staff in general were good and friendly.
