I gave it one star because noise was a constant problem. The walls are thin, so I could hear TVs and people in other rooms, and guests at this resort tend to be much noisier. The long-term renters on the second floor were loud too. There were also lots of tiny ants throughout the room. They got into every sweet thing within minutes, and even reached rice and pork chops, so don't leave food on the table. I found ants inside my blanket as well. The building's foundation needs pesticide treatment, since the rooms are heavily infested.

The air conditioner made a bit of noise, my only small complaint. Otherwise the room was clean, new, and nicely arranged. It cost less than 1000 baht for two nights, which seemed reasonable, and I'd stay with them again if I get the chance.

The pillows were the one thing that got in the way of a good night's sleep. There are four, but they're lumpy and poor quality, so replacing them would be great. Still, the price is great and the room is excellent: spacious, clean, and quiet, with lots of power outlets, a kettle, and instant coffee. A 100 baht deposit would be enough.

At 440 baht a night, I stayed two nights in a row while working in Korat. The room had plenty of space, and parking was easy and plentiful. It's a safe, quiet spot, not far from the city center. The air conditioning, hot water, fridge, TV, and strong WiFi all worked well. The desk lighting was dim, but they provided a lamp. There was also a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee, soap, and shampoo. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available.
