The Nest Hotel by Ploy

I called repeatedly about the broken TV, but no one answered. It seemed like only two people were working in the whole hotel. At first I was put downstairs with a group of monthly tenants, in a filthy room full of cobwebs with a musty smell, so I asked to move upstairs. In the other room, the TV still didn't work, the bathroom smelled terrible, there was no refrigerator, the old towels were just rolled up, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were no amenities at all. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel.

The place is peaceful and inexpensive, and it has a water heater. The location is a little secluded among the trees, outside the city, but the service lives up to the star rating. The accommodation is comfortable and good, with a clean bathroom. The male staff member was polite and courteous the whole time. The room was clean too, and I give the staff credit for that. I'd recommend it as another accommodation option, especially if you're not too picky. I'd definitely stay here again.

The price is low, but the room quality is much better than you'd expect for it. The rooms are clean, quiet, and nicely done in a modern style. The staff give excellent service.

For 700 baht I stayed in a twin room, and it was a good place for the price. The room and towels were okay, and it was quiet and peaceful. There were some termites in the room, though the bathroom didn't smell, had separate wet and dry areas, and strong water pressure. The entrance was hard to find because the main road GPS took us to was closed. You have to go another way, and people unfamiliar with it may need to turn back, even though there's nowhere to turn around there. The key card system feels very secure, with three locks inside the room. If you leave without your card, you can't get back in unless someone inside opens the door. There's free Wi-Fi, so a smart TV that could play YouTube would be better than the GMM box with only some channels. It's okay, quiet and peaceful but not hidden. Very good overall.
