The air conditioning worked well, and the rate gets lower if you check in late. It seems popular for short stays, but I wouldn't choose it overnight since there's no refrigerator. It's an old place, though fairly cheap. After a shower, you have to rinse yourself with drinking water.

It's quiet and affordable near the lake, with parking, hot water, and cold air conditioning. The drawback is that there aren't any restaurants in the area in the evening. If you're staying near Bueng Boraphet overnight, bring food along, maybe sandwiches, snacks, milk, and butter.

You can't smoke in the room, which is the one downside. At least the room doesn't feel stuffy.

The room sign says overtime costs 50 baht an hour, but they charge 100 baht per hour. They told me the sign has been there for 3-4 years.

The room was fine, the air conditioning cool, and the staff easy to talk to and helpful. Water pressure was good too. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, though, and I'm not sure how they got in. The rest was good, and the price was very reasonable.
