Breakfast is very limited. From what I’ve seen travelling around the world, this seems like someone without hotel business experience. It feels like a family business where relatives are hired, without even a manager who has professional hotel experience. At check-in we were given just one electronic card. The following day my wife, who is a native of Thailand, had already realized that not everyone spoke English. She spoke to a woman in the lobby, who stayed seated and replied rudely as if addressing an employee. She nearly hit my wife and said she wouldn’t give us another card because we would leave the air conditioning on.

The hotel has a warm, homey feel, and the staff gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was a good variety at breakfast. We had a good stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and place felt cozy. The shower was good too. The night receptionist looked really tired and didn’t smile much, so there’s a little room to improve there, though it wasn’t a problem with the place itself. Good value for the money.
