Breakfast had plenty of options, including an Islam corner with Halal food for Muslims, though pork was also served. I stayed on the 14 Floor in Feb 2026, and the place felt as if we were the first guests. It may be new or recently refurbished. The bedroom was a good size, with a plush bed, spotless toilet, new carpet and furniture, and air conditioning that worked very well. From the room there was a 270 degrees view of Nakhorn ST city.

On my second stay, they remembered my birthday and kindly offered me a cake. I was sick and couldn't claim it, but appreciated the thought. The rooms and hotel have a modern design, Tesco Lotus is nearby, and the staff are approachable. I think it's the best hotel in Mueang Nakhon si Thammarat, and I'll definitely return.

The gym and pool were fantastic, and we also used the airport shuttle during our visit from the UK. The hotel was great value, with a helpful staff and a very good location near some excellent places to eat. Breakfast had lots of choice and was excellent.

The breakfast has lots of variety, though it was a little mediocre. They offer khanom-jeen, but it didn't live up to the city's food reputation. The room was soft-bedded, with soft pillows, good noise suppression, and generally good amenities. The toilet was clean, but the shower room didn't drain well. The USB port by the head of the bed was a little loose, and there was no hard pillow available.

There's a lot on site, including a gym, restaurant, lounge, massage, and swimming pool, and Lotus is right next door. The central city location is strategic. My one concern was the low water pressure, though I can't tell if it was only in my room or throughout the hotel.
