Hotel Scarlett

I went for brunch and won't return. Service was extremely slow, and the food arrived a little at a time. I had to ask twice for cutlery. I sent a dish back because it had sauce I hadn't asked for; they wiped it off and deep-fried it again. What came back was oily and overcooked, with calamari so crisp you could break it like a potato chip.

The garden and pool were well kept and made for a relaxing break, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful the whole time. The lobby also makes a lovely first impression, while the service overall was impressive. Our room was spacious and very, very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. We had one of our best nights' sleep on the trip. For the price, it was great value. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and nice amenities at a reasonable rate.

I loved my stay. The location, room, and service were all great. My only complaints were that the jacuzzi was a bit dirty and there was no divider between it and the bedroom.

We loved the bar's live music and drink selection at night, especially the buy-one-get-one-free promotion. The staff were kind and helpful, and the large car park had plenty of room. There's also a pool, bar, restaurant, billiards, and other facilities. The hotel has a vintage-style design, while the room itself was very clean and practical. If my family and I return to Nakornsitummarat, I'm absolutely sure we'll stay here again. Love you all.
