The little cafe downstairs makes fragrant coffee. I liked the less-sweet iced cocoa, and the spicy stir-fried basil and dry-fried pork rice were good too. The townhouse conversion has a homey, like-staying-at-a-friend's feel. My large room, 203, was clean, smelled nice, and had good water pressure. In room 201 on another stay, the water only trickled, which was really annoying. Breakfast is included, with a choice of dishes, and the traditional rice porridge was delicious. Bananas were out to take on the day I stayed, and the bar is open all day. Staff were friendly, and bicycles are available. Parking fits 2 cars, and the nearby office might be able to fit 2 more. The room is spacious. The setup for butter, jam and milk needs work, though: water gets poured into the tray and makes the area messy and look unsanitary. It feels expensive, though I'm not sure whether booking directly with the property would cost the same. Overall, it was good.

The room felt like a small apartment, with an entry area, toilet on the right, and the sleeping space off to the left. It was nice, though right next to the breakfast room, and there was no refrigerator. The price seemed okay, especially since Nan is rather expensive. My first impression wasn't great because reception is in the hostel with the same name.

It was quiet, but the room had no usable window. There was only a dimly lit one and it couldn't be opened for ventilation. Parking was almost nonexistent, and breakfast was very basic.

The room itself was clean, but the bedroom balcony and rooftop were dirty. Parking was limited, and I didn't like the pink, bouncy pork in the rice porridge.

The owners are lovely and really friendly, and the breakfast is good. The accommodation is clean too. I stay here whenever I'm in the area.
