The MRT is nearby, and the rooms are clean, but rent feels high. The whole building is surrounded by a large drain, and there’s a bad smell throughout. Our door shook whenever neighbors slammed theirs. Rooms facing direct sunlight got unbearably hot; we couldn’t even go into our bedroom during the day.
The walls are thin enough that you hear your neighbors talking and pretty much everything else they do. When someone slams a door, it can wake you up.
You just know the people around you are good.
Getting around is easy, with MRT Sirikit station really close by.
