The rooms looked nice, were clean in general, and had a comfortable bed and very quiet air conditioning. Still, the bathroom wasn't clean in every detail, and the smell made for a horrible night. We booked a room at the Pool, and after checking in noticed a bad odor. We couldn't tell if it came just from the bathroom or from the AC too. They let us move rooms, but the smell was the same. We don't know whether the second floor has this problem as well. Earlier recommendations apparently mention it as a known issue, so we wonder why nobody told us or did anything about it. The pool looked milky. Breakfast was poor, as others have said: powdered coffee, salad, rice soup, and eggs you can order. That's all. We were glad to leave.

There's a big lotus lake just across from the hotel, with a lovely view. The place is quiet and spacious, with a roomy outdoor area to hang out in. You can borrow a bicycle for free and ride around.

It's a quiet place to relax, away from the town. The room was clean and the facilities were good. Bicycles are free to use around the area, just return them where you picked them up. Take a Grab if you want to head into town.

A large lotus pond lines the road to the hotel entrance, and the Nongkhai border checkpoint is less than a five-minute drive away. We stayed in the Family Room on the second floor. The property was nice, quiet, and clean, and there was a choice of stairs or elevator.

Bualinn was a really good stay. Get a room beside the pool and enjoy it.
