We arrived three hours before check-in, but the friendly, helpful staff let us leave our bags. The rooms were clean, and the place was very nice and fairly priced. There aren't any facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, though there's a small restaurant open in the morning.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and the location is very good. Breakfast was delicious at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant's lunch is great too, so I'd go there even if I booked a different hotel. The bed was so hard it felt like a gym mat, and my back hurt. Noise carries from the other rooms, so I couldn't sleep. The WiFi was awful, and the towels smelled damp. Parking fills up, so you need to arrive early. There's no elevator or anyone to help take luggage upstairs, so avoid bringing a big suitcase. The breakfast restaurant is worth visiting, but I'd stay somewhere else.

The room was clean and it's close to the city center. You can also rent a motorbike by asking at the counter, and they don't need to keep your passport. Very convenient.

Really good room, and the staff were so friendly. It's close to everything for a night out, and the price is good. I'd recommend it.
