Modern Inn by Saifon

Comfortable, and the price is very reasonable.

Clean, nice, and cheap.

I wouldn't give this place even one star. The service was awful. We booked several rooms under a company's name, but the accommodation sent the bill late and then demanded an immediate transfer. The company needed to go through its disbursement process and couldn't pay in time. Staff spoke rudely and told ours to leave if they didn't pay. We agreed to move out and had to find somewhere else to stay. The accommodation charged us by the hour for the rooms. Our staff left before noon, yet we were charged for another day. Then they made a big issue of extra charges for damage, even though our staff hadn't damaged anything. This was terrible. They have no professional ethics.

The room had a nice layout and atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable, not too soft or hard. But it smelled damp and the air conditioner was noisy. We had to switch rooms three times before finding one we could use. Its filter was filthy, though cleaning the dust made it cool normally. It still made a little noise. The air conditioners in the other rooms were so loud that sleeping was impossible. Light sleepers would find it hard here. If they fix the AC and the smell, this could be a great place to stay.
