The rooms were great and the location was excellent. My room's A/C worked very well. Bangla Road, the big shipping mall, and Patong beach are all easy to reach, while a laundry and a family market are just a minute away. The two owners are brothers from France and patiently answered all my questions, even though I had plenty. You can buy a good breakfast until 2pm. They also made sure my taxi was ready on my last day when I was in a hurry. Absolutely recommended. I'll be back for sure.
