The location is really good, with everything around 100m away. Our standard room was a bit too small, but it was okay.

It’s got an old-school, cozy feel and is close to the beach. I’ve stayed here many times and love it. The staff are lovely, and there’s good privacy. I can invite friends over to sit and have a drink, and the house is fine with that. Definitely recommend it.

The location was the main reason we picked this place, and it really is very good. The room was spacious, but smelled pretty bad. Water kept dripping from the air conditioner, and towels were already laid on the floor to catch it, so it seemed the staff knew about the problem. By the end of the day they were soaked, and the dripping kept me from sleeping well. The AC also didn’t cool properly, so we had to use the fan instead. That made me think they knew it wasn’t working as it should.

The hotel was lovely, and both check-in and check-out were easy. The included breakfast was good for the price, and Patong Beach is about a five-minute walk away. Even with Bangla Road and the main road nearby, we couldn’t hear the bustle from the hotel. Finding the entrance was the tricky part: it’s narrow, and Google Maps didn’t lead us right to the place. A sign on the main road would help guests find it. Still, it’s probably the best value hotel in the area.
