The beds are very hard, there's no elevator, and the location is really noisy. You have to leave your key at reception for cleaning, but if they don't have time to clean the room, that's the customer's problem. The managers are unpleasant too. A terrible hotel, avoid it.

I booked through Booking.com and cancelled a couple of minutes later, but they still charged me and won't refund the money. I sent a message on WhatsApp and got no reply. I hadn't read the reviews when booking. After seeing them, I realized this seemed like a scam. I don't recommend dealing with them.
