Don't stay here through OYO, unless you've dealt directly with the owner. The owner had ended the OYO contract more than six months earlier, but OYO kept selling his rooms. Their call center didn't answer. I contacted customer support and got no reply; the next day they posted their usual request to email customer service. That email also went unanswered for about a week. Eventually they said they'd refund me, and the money did come through two weeks later, but they didn't help me find other accommodation. It seems they count on people not asking for their money back and quietly refund only after being called out. If you've already booked through OYO, call your credit card company or bank to make sure OYO doesn't keep your money.

This is a scam. It hasn't been an OYO hotel for months, yet OYO keeps listing it after the new owner and customers have told them. I arrived to find no room, as apparently many others have too. Their replies to reviews are just automated nonsense, and they don't act on emails. A disgraceful company ruining people's holidays. Avoid it and complain.

We'd already paid when the host told us she'd overbooked our room, so we had to find another hotel. She was rude, blamed us, and refused to refund the payment. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Don't book, it's a scam! The money came out as soon as I made the booking, but the place that was actually there wasn't the hotel I'd booked. I was left without anywhere to stay. The current manager of the new place said this happens every day, with people arriving after making bookings that don't exist.

After booking and paying in advance for 4 nights, I arrived after a late flight and couldn't find anyone to check me in. A resident told me it was no longer OYO, even though booking sites were still taking reservations and turning people away. I was stranded and had to find a room at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. It's a scam.
