The three rooms we booked for two nights were all different sizes, and room 501 was really small. The bathroom combines toilet and shower with no partition, so the whole floor gets wet when you shower. The air conditioner was positioned directly facing the bed, which made it too chilly at night. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The reception guy was polite and helpful, and check-in and checkout were easy. Overall, a good 2-star hotel.

Mr. Lawi really stood out for his professionalism and hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. B. H. Baan Paradise Hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend for a pleasant, memorable visit.

The location worked really well for us. Patong Beach, Bangla Walking Street, shopping streets, and highly rated Indian, Thai, and Italian restaurants are all close enough to reach on foot. The area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being near so much activity. Shen Motorbike is right across the street, and that’s where we rented a bike. Island tours picked us up here for free, and the staff helped arrange a cab to the airport. There’s also a ground-floor restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though we didn’t try it. We booked through Agoda at a very reasonable price, and booking early is definitely worth it for the best deal. Check-in was quick and smooth, with a 1,000 Baht deposit. Our Deluxe Room was clean and well maintained throughout. They changed the bedsheets and provided fresh towels daily, and the bathroom stayed spotless. There was a fridge and a coffee maker, with coffee, tea, sugar, and milk powder restocked regularly. The room had a window but no balcony. Free Wi-Fi was strong the whole time, and the AC worked perfectly, cooling the room with no issues. There was no fan, but the AC was more than enough. The staff were polite, attentive, and available around the clock. A comfortable stay in a great location, highly recommended.

My first solo trip went well. The owner and staff were so helpful and friendly. When I arrived, it was hot outside, and they gave me a cold glass of water and a cold towel. The hotel is near Patong beach and a shopping mall, with three 7Eleven outlets nearby as well. There are lots of restaurants around, and halal food is available if you walk a bit. It was easy to get a Grab or Bolt to pick me up right in front of the hotel. They also offer laundry and ironing, at 20thb per piece of clothing.
