I stayed for three nights with everything going well. The rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained, and the service was good. The front office team were courteous and very helpful. It's suitable for families, too. Water, groceries and other essentials are within walking distance, and there are Indian restaurants nearby.

We're from Kerala and were really unhappy with this hotel. We came with my family to enjoy our trip, but they hurt my family badly. I've never had an experience like this in any other country. In my opinion, families especially should avoid this hotel. They trapped us by blaming us for their own mistake and took money from us. After what happened, I'd never recommend it to anyone. Please.

You can walk to everything needed for a full Phuket experience from this hotel. The rooms, service and location were all excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Patong Walking street, with cafes, restaurants and pubs right outside. You can also arrange tour packages and massages just outside. Rooms are large and have the basic amenities, and it's a decent budget option near Patong. Breakfast is okay for the price. The pool is on the top floor and really tiny, barely 10x6 ft. They charge 200 baht per hour for early check-in even when rooms are available.

Things were fine apart from the location near a bar. The noise went on all night, so I couldn't get a peaceful sleep.
