The room stank of mold, the air conditioning barely worked, and I could hear something crawling around in the ceiling. I’d already paid, then got moved to an upstairs room. I was charged 1000 baht a night, but when I called later they said 600. When I asked about the price, the owner was very inhospitable and shouted that she’d call the cops and put me in jail. I asked for my baht back and was told the police were coming. I wanted to avoid a confrontation, so I left. Do not stay here.
