The views over the Mekong River and the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge are lovely, with river activity and border lights to watch at night. This is a good value, basic, clean place for budget travellers, with friendly enough, standard no-frills service and adequate parking. The outside glass windows need a serious clean so the view is clearer, as they're a bit distracting. The rooftop bar has a chill atmosphere, a good breeze, and the best vibe at sunset. Not luxury, but a solid pick if nice views matter most.

The food was splendid and such good value, and the singers were really, really good. It's a wonderful place with a view of the friendship bridge. I highly recommend it.

There's a concert on the rooftop every day, and the service is super nice. My room had a great view, and the hotel is very clean.

Ask for a room overlooking the Mekong, it's nice and clean 🏞. In the evening, there's a pleasant terrace with a view, good food, and music... 🥘🍲🍛😋
