The service earns this five stars. I was taking the Thai railway toward Laos and planned to walk across the friendship bridge. They picked me up at the railway station in the evening and took me to the bridge the next morning for free. They even made the Jok moo I asked for, though the pork could've been better, it was basically chopped-up hotdog. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom hot water never heated. Also, a bright white porch light shone through the window all night, and I couldn't find a switch to turn it off. 🤷♂️
