The service was rude and bad. They took my deposit and didn’t refund it, even though the receptionist had said they wouldn’t charge or keep it and would give it back. Be careful with this hotel.

The hotel was dark and the service was really bad. I felt like I’d wasted that night instead of getting a good sleep.

I would never choose this hotel again. The room photo showing a big bed felt like a scam or window dressing. At check-in, staff told me every room had twin beds and said the only option was to push them together. I had no choice, so I agreed, but when I saw the room I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. The picture of the “big bed” is shown below. Then there was the hair dryer. It stopped after I’d used it for about 10 seconds. My hair was still wet and water was dripping, but when I asked for help, staff said I had to wait because there was no other dryer. So I used it for 10 seconds, waited 2 minutes, then tried again, and had to keep repeating that.

This place was horrible. The staff seemed incompetent and useless, and didn’t care about tourists. They tried to get us to pay online, then cornered us into paying for a whole month. They kept saying we had to cancel online to book just one night, but when I asked the obnoxious woman on the phone how, since there was nothing on their website, she said, “I don’t know how to cancel.” The water taps also seemed deliberately placed right near the start so you can’t get much water, as a stingy way to stop guests using too much. At 6 pm, we spent an hour getting bitten by mosquitoes while the man refused to take card or cash payment for one night. The woman on the phone eventually said we could go to the room for that night since we were probably tired from travelling all day. But after we’d paid for the night, the man came knocking again about the monthly payment, after another call with the woman. It was disturbance after disturbance. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
