The young woman working during the day handled customers well, and the place itself is clean, good quality, and worth the money. My concern is how the deposit is paid. Asking guests to go to an ATM is inconvenient, especially when they have come from another province and the bank charges extra for ATM withdrawals. It would be easier to pay by bank transfer or QR code, and helpful if staff had change ready. I don't know whether asking guests to withdraw cash is hotel policy, but the staff should be prepared to handle the payment rather than putting that burden on customers. I'm not going to leave a bad review over this when the place is otherwise good. I just want to mention it, since other guests might feel differently and could leave a negative review over the same problem. That would be a pity.

It's good value for the money, with internet, a TV, a fridge, and a kettle. They also leave two bottles of water each day. The hotel is quiet and nice, and the staff are very helpful and friendly, from the cleaners to the reception team, whether they're on days or nights. There's a 7/11 and a Lotus nearby, along with places to eat, including Thai food cart vendors.

I've stayed here many times and have always had excellent service. The rooms are fine, the shower and toilet are OK, and there's both air conditioning and a fan. The location feels deep in Thailand, even though it's only a short distance from central Bangkok. It's also worth taking the river trip from Tha Nam Nonthaburi to Saphan Taksin. The ferry terminal is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
