The parking has only become a serious problem lately, though it used to be rare. Visitors are often told to park by the laundry room or somewhere else, and sometimes the lot is already full. Even residents trying to use vacant spaces have trouble parking. The building manager, especially the men, has also been rude on several occasions. I’ve let it go before and tried speaking politely, but they really should learn some manners. Would it hurt to answer people courteously? Check what residents and visitors have said in their comments.

I was making a delivery and parked in the lot. The building manager was really bad and didn’t know how to speak politely.

The place is quiet since it’s a short walk down a dead-end road. It’s also handy for training at the Ministry of Public Health, with convenient parking nearby. I was really impressed.

I booked through Agoda and got to the hotel around 4 PM, but there was nobody there. I called and then waited an hour before anyone came to open my room.
