TR's review is rude and inaccurate. The guests are mostly working locals, not foreigners. The room is quiet, and a cheap white noise machine made it easy to sleep. It's clean, the bed is comfortable rather than hard, and the staff are friendly, especially Ma bahn. Good value for the location and price. The desk chair could be better for working.

The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Central Plaza and another five minutes to touristy Samphan Thamit Alley. Reception staff were friendly and approachable, and there are snacks for sale in the reception area, including powdered coffee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and works well enough for most things, though it's not especially fast. I stayed three nights in room 211, which is up one flight of stairs on the first floor, as there's no lift. The room was large but sparsely furnished, with a long desk and chair, fridge, double bed, wardrobe, and a balcony I didn't use because there were no chairs. The firm mattress suited me and I slept comfortably each night. The sheets looked a bit worn, but were clean and smelled fresh. The en suite bathroom was basic but clean and functional. No shower curtain means water gets everywhere, and a leaking shower head made the spray worse. Soap was provided, but no shampoo. It was great value, with only a few small annoyances keeping it from being perfect.

I'm giving it another try, but the room is just clean, with a very basic bed and hardly any light, or lights that don't work. At 1am there was loud traffic, plus party noise from the parking area out front. The bathroom is tiny and just okay. There's no furniture or chairs, so put your clothes on the floor. We'll move tomorrow. How do those farangs like this?

For the price, it's a simple, nice, safe place with the essentials. The rooms are big and basic, and the location is okay, about 15 minutes from the red light street and 10 minutes from 7/11. The old TV stayed off. The bathroom was raggedy but usable, and the old AC took about an hour to start cooling. They have cameras everywhere and a large parking area. I didn't see a kitchen, though maybe it's only open to Thai people, I'm not sure. They leave two free water bottles each day, but you need to put the old ones outside your room. They'll change the sheets and towels if you ask. The staff don't speak much English, but they're nice and try to understand and help. Bringing a friend over generally isn't a problem, though you have to pass reception so they'll see. After 12, there's no one there.
