Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort

We booked connecting rooms, which made things especially comfortable and convenient for us. The hotel was fabulous, with four pools, including one with slides that seemed more suited to younger kids. Our teens still enjoyed the pool areas. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of options. The location meant we could avoid the noise and crowds around Bangla Road, while still reaching it with about a 15-minute walk when we wanted the atmosphere. Staff were kind and attentive throughout. The day before we left, they decorated our son’s bed with a “Happy Birthday” message and brought him a cake. That was a lovely surprise and made his birthday more memorable. We really loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the beds are fantastic, and everything is very comfortable. We’d definitely recommend it to families.

The hotel made it easy to both relax and have fun, and I can’t imagine asking for a better stay. Both entrances open straight onto the main road, so getting around on foot was simple. The food was outstanding, and Chef Atul deserves special thanks. My daughter ate almost home-cooked food during our visit, which made a big difference to us. There are several pools with different atmospheres, and the pool parties were amazing. My three-year-old loved the dedicated kids’ pool and its water rides, which were suitable for her age. She had one of the best experiences of her life. We also used the hotel cars and found them excellent, with great vehicles, amazing drivers, and very reasonable prices. Thanks to Boom at the front desk for helping make everything perfect. I’m totally in love with Phuket and this hotel, and I’ll be back soon.

We’re back for our second stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket - Patong Beach Resort because we love the atmosphere here. The pool is relaxing, the gym is spacious and well equipped, and the food is delicious. I also enjoy the themed dinners, which keep things feeling different. Our room was clean and welcoming, with the basics for a comfortable stay like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and bottled water. A welcome note and complimentary candy were waiting for us too, which felt personal and warm. Sky at check-in set the tone for the vacation with a cheerful, energetic greeting. He walked us through the amenities, thanked us for our Marriott loyalty, and taught us a bit about Thai nicknames. His excellent service is exactly the kind of thing that keeps us coming back to Marriott and this resort. Thanks for the warm welcome and great energy, Sky. We’re already looking forward to our next Phuket visit.

The kids’ water slides were a highlight for our child, who had so much fun. We also appreciated the breakfast, especially the clearly labeled halal choices, which made dining comfortable for us. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a premium room. The hotel also arranged early check-in, which helped after the journey. We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort. It’s close to Patong but still peaceful, and we’d definitely stay again when we return to Phuket.
