Yellow Sun Bar is right next door and can get loud until 1am. We didn't mind, but it might be an issue if you're with kids or like an early night. Walking Street is very close. The rooms are a good size for the price and clean. The owner and his wife are good people, and the wifi is decent. There's free coffee and tea all day, plus a nice patio where you can sit, work, or hang out.

The location is great, near Walking Street and the popular bars. Pai doesn't really get going until around 10, and we could relax upstairs and have some drinks before heading out. The owner kindly let me keep beers in his mini fridge. I'm 23M and my travel companion is 21F. We spent one night here during our four nights in Pai. The room was clean, but the bed was VERY hard, probably the hardest I've slept on. There was loud live music, but I went out and came back when the bars closed, so it didn't keep me from sleeping. Good for a night if you want to be close to the party.

There’s a sharp mold smell in the rooms. With a nightclub next door and no soundproofing, it feels like you're at a rave until 2am.

The bar next door is super loud until 1am, and there's zero soundproofing. You can hear every sneeze from the other rooms.
