It was just okay.

I especially want to complain about the woman working reception on the morning shift. She was awful. The staff spoke to guests in an unwelcoming way, gossiped about them behind their backs, and pulled bored faces. The service was terrible, and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I need the owner's phone number so I can call and complain.

The peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to sleep soundly, I can guarantee that. Even students seem surprised by how quiet it is 😝😜😋. A really nice, calm place.

If you're arriving by car, this is a good budget option, with clean, decent rooms and friendly staff. Getting around on foot is the downside, since it's quite far from everything.

At NT$380 a night it was cheap, but the hygiene and cleanliness were really awful.
