Aonang Privacy Resort

We had a lovely stay for most of our four nights at Ao Nang Privacy resort. The rooms are spacious, with a nice bed and a great bathroom, and the resort pool was lovely too. It's far from everything, so you'll need a scooter or a taxi. The employees also didn't speak very good English. We rented a scooter through the resort, and it was a bad experience. The first scooter made a weird noise, though it seemed okay at first, then one morning it wouldn't start. After some waiting we got a replacement for the day so we could go to the tiger cave. But that one was broken too, and we couldn't see how hard we were riding.

We stayed in a triple room at Aonang Privacy resort for New Year 2026. Apart from the resort's location, I don't really have any complaints. The manager, Ome, was very helpful and gave us the information and service we needed.

The Wi-Fi was so poor that we had to rely on 4G all the time. On foot, the location is pretty far from everything, though it's quite good if you have a car. The room was spacious and reasonably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it depending on what you need ;)

Couldn't leave a review on Booking, so I'm putting it here. The room was big and comfortable, the pool was very pleasant and clean, and the staff were really friendly. The pool's color comes from the tiles 😊 The hotel is a little out of the way, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance, so getting around is easy. You can rent a scooter through the hotel, and an international driving permit is advisable because of the police checks. Coffee, tea, bananas, and cakes are available at reception, and they leave water every morning.
