The security guards were the one good part for me. They were polite, friendly, and kind, and I really liked them. The reception girls seemed reluctant to do their jobs. I got my deposit back 25 days after moving out, even though I had paid it before moving in, and they returned 2500 baht less after coming up with what seemed to me like ridiculous charges. I've traveled to many parts of the world and never been charged for shared areas or furniture like this. The only shared space, as far as I could see, was the lobby seating. They set prices for odd things arbitrarily and charge you without asking. I don't think fair, honest business practices are being followed, and it feels like people's money is being extorted. I was already suspicious when they asked for a deposit more than double the rent at the start.

It would be nice if there were a restaurant for guests.

The front office staff gave very good customer service. Cleaning was very good too, and they responded quickly on Line.

I've been staying here for over a year, and it feels like my home away from home.
