It's a quiet, pleasant place, only a four-minute walk from the city's main street, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is warm, and I had amazing neighbors. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with some overlooking the river and others facing the large garden. The little staff take care of everything and are very friendly. I recommend it with a lot of warmth and love. One of Pai's sweetest, most magical hotels, and the prices are very, very reasonable.

I only stayed one night. The room and toilet were old, basic, and very small, with the toilet half open behind insect screening. The mattress and pillows were really hard, and I struggled to sleep. The terrace was in full sun, so in the heat it wasn't somewhere I could sit and relax during the day. After a long trip, I arrived at 3:30 pm to find the room unready because there were two big holes in the roof. It had rained in the previous days, but still. I came back a few hours later and couldn't find anyone at reception or get an answer by phone. Eventually a girl told me where the owner lived, and he let me in. It felt like a mission. I paid 350 baht a night, then found another room with all amenities for 280 baht a day. Given how old and small this room was, I feel it may have been worth about 180 baht. It was too wild for what I expected, and I had a bad experience. The owner was nice, though, and offered the common area, his fridge, and his bicycle.

The room was clean, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed, and the owner was really friendly. There were lots of chickens around, so if your dogs like hunting chickens, this may not be the place for them. I stayed with my two huskies, and unfortunately they killed three chickens. The owner was very kind about it. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I'd highly recommend the place.

The hosts are friendly, and the bungalows are relaxed and right by the river. Rooms are clean, with en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, fans, Wi-Fi, and private balconies. There's plenty of parking, and it's a short walk to the night market, Walking Street, downtown, temples, bars, live music, and 7-11. They can also arrange food, laundry, and tours. In high season, prices are 400-600 baht, which is great for the area.

A really nice woman looks after the place, and I appreciated her care and the coffee in the mornings. My bungalow was clean and cozy, with a big bathroom. I'm so glad I found a peaceful place here ❤️
