Pai Erawan Resort

Everything was the way we wanted. The internet was the one letdown, it was that bad. Otherwise, it would've been five stars.

The view is really nice, but the shower room is disgusting.

Amaaazzziiinnngggg!!! I really enjoyed this place.

The service was terrible, and everything seemed completely unprepared. I don't know if we just came at the wrong time or what, but the room I'd booked wasn't available, and the one we got was dirty. The lights were dim, the sheets were stained and unclean, and so were the pillows. Water came out brown and cloudy, and the bathroom was dirty too. The building was dusty, covered in leaves, and looked messy. Wi-Fi was slow and sometimes wouldn't connect. There was hair and dust in the refrigerator. I only briefly saw the cleaning process, but I saw a young child carry the washed sheets to put away, drop them on the floor, and kick up a lot of dust. The child picked them up again. Water bottles were also dropped repeatedly, which made me feel they weren't safe to drink, so I bought water at 7-Eleven to shower and wash my face. The entrance sign was unclear, even after going far down the street. The place is far from Pai town, with no amenities nearby, and isn't suitable if you don't have your own car. Overall, I was very disappointed.
