I left after two days for another hostel in a similar price range, where I was much happier. The dorm was half empty and had no social vibe. The owner’s attitude bothered me most. She didn't smile or make me feel welcome, and seemed not to care about guests. It was all rules, fines, and extra charges, including 50 bahts X night for another blanket. This was my first bad guesthouse experience in Thailand after more than a month's travel. The dorm was a basic wooden house with a thin mattress and blanket, no insulation, and it was extremely cold in December. I froze at night. The toilets were outside on the other side of the garden, unpleasant to reach at night and cold, though the shower had hot water. I hope this helps other travellers.

There’s no party atmosphere here, and the location is lovely, with everything you need within easy reach. The bungalows are modern, with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff were super friendly and capable. I was touring northern Thailand by motorbike and stayed one night at the Pai Flora Resort. I can only give it five stars. It would be great for a longer holiday too, and I'll be back.

My bungalow was 1,000฿ a night, breakfast not included. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The night market is a 10-15 mins walk away for food, massage and souvenirs.

The room was perfect, and I've never slept better in Thailand. The owners were friendly and always helpful. Flora first caught my eye with its quiet beauty, lovely grass and gardens, and cottage feel. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought, effort, and love into the business.

Across the road from the Pai river, Pai Flora feels serene and relaxed. The rooms and garden are beautiful, the staff are nice, and there's a friendly dog and cat. 😄
