Pai Hotsprings Spa Resort

I was grateful for the chance to experience Thailand’s natural side here. Surrounded by the sounds of insects, birds, and elephants walking around, it felt like a wonderful retreat blended into nature. You can enjoy the natural hot springs 24 hours a day. The staff were all kind, the guard dogs were adorable and very relaxing, and breakfast was fantastic. I looked forward to waking up each morning. Thank you for the healing.🙏✨

I’ve known this place for over 10 years and really like it. The price is low, so don’t expect anything extraordinary. There are three warm pools and one cold swimming pool, plus changing rooms. Towels are available to rent for 20 THB.

I visited today to use the pool and hot springs. Entry was cheap at 100 baht, and that was the main reason I gave it two stars. The hot spring felt more like a big hot bath or tub, and renovations at the spa meant there was a lot of construction noise. The pool looked nice, but there were only six loungers for twelve people, very little other seating, and no towel offered.

Seeing elephants bathing in the river while we ate at the restaurant was quite interesting. The accommodation had a Thai style, and although the bathroom and shower weren’t up to city hotel standards, they were acceptable. Only two hot spring pools were open. They were small, the water looked rather murky, and it wasn’t very hot. It’s quite far from Pai city center, so we took a taxi for the roughly 10-minute trip. At night we mostly rested in the room, as there wasn’t much else to do.
