Pai In The Sky Hostel

The location is probably the best you could ask for, but the value for money wasn’t good at all. My window wouldn’t shut all the way, and it was so cold and noisy from animals at night that I couldn’t sleep during my whole stay. The hostel lady said there was nothing she could do, though she did give me a warmer blanket. She was actually nice.

The location and service were outstanding, but I wouldn't pick this place if a good night's sleep matters. I stayed one night in a twin room and found the room and bathroom more basic than expected. The bed was uncomfortable, the only outlet was far from it, and I could hear noise from outside and the other rooms.

This was my third visit, and the location is still perfect. It's a very basic place, but it feels homey. The owners are an elderly couple who speak little English and are incredibly friendly, especially the woman. The space beside the hostel used to be an empty parking lot before it became a hotel. New owners run it now, so there's no parking. The pool belongs to the hotel next door, though guests here can use it.

The owners were so sweet and helpful, and the location was perfect. My room was spacious and very clean, with great air conditioning. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
