The staff are some of the kindest, sweetest people. The bedroom was tidy and pretty, the bed comfortable, and the towels fresh and clean. They cleaned the room every other day, and it was good value for money. The rooms are right next to a cute vegan cafe and bowl place. The shower is really the main thing that needs work. The shower and toilet could use a deep clean and some renovations.

I stayed nearly two weeks and honestly felt sad to leave. The owners were lovely and offered us rides to and from the bus station. The room was spacious and lovely, and the garden was small but nice. There’s free coffee, plus a discount on the yummy smoothie bowls at their attached vegan restaurant. I really can't recommend the place enough. I'd suggest getting a bike, though 😊

Such a great place to stay. The owners were lovely and even paid for our taxis both to the place and when we left. They gave us generous discounts on the amazing breakfasts next door, and there were free tea, coffee, milkshakes, and smoothies too.

The beds were really comfortable, and I felt completely at peace at Plernpai. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help me. The restaurant food was amazing, and the free coffee was a lovely treat. Thanks for making my time in Pai so special 😊

The owner personally collected me from the bus terminal on a motorbike, and the resident cat and dog were so friendly. It's a cozy, comfortable cottage with a little garden, just a short distance outside Pai town. There's also a smoothie and health food bar on site. Great for a short getaway, highly recommended.
